Martin Ting came to New Zealand from Malaysia in 1995 before graduating from The University of Auckland in 1999 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance. He worked his way up from a teller position at the National Bank (now ANZ), and went on to spend nearly 20 years as a mortgage manager. Now married with two children, Martin has started Delta Mortgage Ltd to be able to offer a wider range of loan options to those looking to buy or build a home, and for investors and property developers.

 

Martin speaks a number of languages in addition to English, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Fuzhou, and Hokkien.
